Services described
Pages describing reviews, packs, briefs, and audits are informational. A binding engagement begins only when both parties accept a written scope note or invoice referencing the work.
Intellectual property
Website text, layout, and branding remain the property of Dataroutebase Co., Ltd. Delivered reports become available for your internal business use under the engagement terms; redistribution as a public product or training material requires prior written consent.
Client materials
You retain ownership of files you share. You grant us a limited licence to process those files solely to perform the agreed reporting work and to retain copies as required for quality review or legal obligations.
No professional substitute
Our reports support internal decision-making. They do not constitute statutory audit opinions, tax advice, or legal advice. You remain responsible for filings and disclosures required under Thai or other applicable law.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dataroutebase Co., Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use or reliance on reporting packs beyond the fees paid for the specific engagement that gave rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Thai law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or related engagements, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms for website use; active engagements follow the terms referenced in their scope notes unless both parties agree otherwise.
