Agreement

By using dataroutebase.digital or engaging Dataroutebase for marketing source analysis services, you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

Services

Dataroutebase provides consulting, workshops, written reviews, audits, and retainers related to marketing source analysis in application analytics. Descriptions on this site are informational. A separate written statement of work defines deliverables, fees, and timelines for each engagement.

No online checkout

This website does not process payments. Invoices and payment instructions are issued offline after scope is agreed.

Intellectual property

Site content belongs to Dataroutebase or its licensors. Deliverables created for a client are licensed for the client’s internal use unless a statement of work grants broader rights. You may not republish our templates as a competing product.

Client materials

You retain ownership of data, reports, and credentials you share with us. You grant us a limited license to use them solely to perform the engagement. You represent that you have the right to share them.

Confidentiality

Each party will protect non-public information received from the other and use it only for the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse this website, attempt to disrupt it, or submit unlawful or deceptive content through forms.

Disclaimer

Analytics recommendations depend on the accuracy of tracking and the tools you operate. We do not guarantee specific marketing outcomes, install volumes, or revenue results.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Dataroutebase is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement in the three months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
