How reporting work unfolds
A clear path from first message to delivered tables—built around subscription revenue reporting, not a software onboarding funnel.
1. Intake note
You describe stores, billing systems, and the decision the report must support—board pack, investor update, or internal reconciliation. We reply with a recommended engagement and a file checklist.
2. Secure file share
Exports arrive through your preferred secure channel. We confirm completeness within two business days and flag missing months or unclear trial flags before analysis starts.
3. Definition workshop
A short call locks MRR rules, recognition treatment for annual plans, and how refunds appear. Notes from this call become footnotes in the final pack.
4. Draft tables
You receive draft revenue, refund, and cohort tables with commentary. One revision round is included for factual corrections.
5. Findings conversation
We meet remotely or at our Pathum Wan office to walk finance and product through the same pages and assign owners for open mismatches.
What to prepare
- Store payout CSVs for the months in scope
- Gateway or billing export with plan identifiers
- Current internal MRR definition, even if informal
- Contact who can answer billing questions quickly
