Refund & cancellation policy
This policy applies to reporting engagements offered by Dataroutebase Co., Ltd.—reviews, monthly packs, cohort briefs, and reconciliation audits.
Eligibility
Refunds relate to fees paid for scoped reporting work. Website browsing is free and creates no refundable purchase.
Timeframe
Refund requests should be emailed to hello@dataroutebase.digital within 14 days of the payment date or before substantial analysis begins—whichever comes first—unless a longer window is written into your scope note.
Full refunds
A full refund of the deposit or prepaid fee is available if we cancel the engagement, or if you cancel in writing before we confirm that file review has started.
Partial refunds
If work has started but the final report is not yet delivered, we may refund the unused portion after deducting time already spent on intake, definition workshops, and draft tables, billed at the rates in your scope note.
Non-refundable items
- Completed findings calls and delivered final PDF reports
- Months already delivered under a Monthly Revenue Pack
- Third-party costs you approved in writing (for example certified translation)
Refund process & timing
Email the invoice number, engagement name, and reason. We confirm eligibility within five business days. Approved refunds are returned by the original payment method within 10–15 business days where the banking channel allows.
Cancellation & rescheduling
You may reschedule a findings call once without fee if you give at least two business days’ notice. Later changes may incur a rescheduling fee stated in the scope note. Cancellations after analysis begins follow the partial refund rules above.
Deposits
Deposits reserve calendar capacity for one-time reviews. Deposits become non-refundable once we notify you that file review has started, except where we are unable to perform the work.
No-shows
If you miss a scheduled findings call without notice, we will offer one alternative slot within ten business days. A second no-show may close the engagement with fees for work already completed retained.
Work already started
Hours spent mapping definitions, cleaning exports, and drafting tables are billable even if you later pause the project.
Exceptions
Mandatory consumer rights under Thai law remain unaffected. Engagement-specific exceptions, if any, appear only in your written scope note.
